Testing & quality
We catch quality inside the cell, not at final inspection. Every part is measured, recorded and matched to its identity.
Four steps on every part
- 1
Measure
Force, displacement, pressure, leakage and dimensions are measured during the process.
- 2
Record
Measurements are written to the part’s record; curves are stored.
- 3
Decide
A part outside the defined window is rejected automatically.
- 4
Trace
Laser marking and RFID link the part to its record.

Test and measurement methods
A force–displacement record for every assembly
F–s · 100%In pressing and riveting, the force–displacement curve is recorded for every part. A curve outside the defined window rejects the part automatically.
Leak and pressure testing
3500 barHelium mass-spectrometer leak testing and a hydraulic sealing assembly and test cell up to 3500 bar, for valves, hydraulic cartridges and nozzles.
Measurement at micron level
µmDimensional checks at micron level with linear encoders and gauge probes, edge and surface inspection with a 3D microscope, and function tests with load cells and class 0.1 pressure sensors.
Controlled production environment
24/7Stable workshop temperature, vibration isolation and 24/7 acoustic monitoring of linear guides, so micron work is protected from its environment.
