• What we do: We design and manufacture mechanisms that bring furniture to life. Table mechanisms are our main product group; we also make seating, console/TV, cabinet and shade systems and project-specific mechanisms. We deliver solutions that automate both routine and hazardous tasks across industries.
• How we produce: From the CAD file to packaging in our own facility: in 6 ready automation cells built with equipment from premium automotive lines, measuring and recording every part. About 80% of our inventory is automotive production and assembly lines from Germany, 10% is Swiss equipment and the rest is Japanese measuring equipment.
• Where: İnegöl, Bursa (Türkiye); at the same address since 1992. 531 m² of production space on three floors.
• Design: 170 original mechanism designs are to be filed for patents.
• Capabilities: Orbital and radial riveting, pressing, torque-controlled screwing, fibre laser welding and marking, micro-dosing, PVD coating, micron measurement, force-displacement records, pressure testing up to 3500 bar and helium leak testing.
• For whom: Furniture manufacturers, carpenters, architects, installers and dealers; series-production and project customers.
