General terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to all sales and deliveries between Mekray Mobilya Malzemeleri Ltd. Şti. and business customers.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Series orders become binding with a written order confirmation.

Prices

Prices are stated in the quotation; unless specified otherwise they are in Turkish lira, excluding VAT.

Delivery

Products are made to order; the delivery time is stated in the quotation and order confirmation. Delivery schedules for series production are agreed in the contract. Risk passes on delivery.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the quotation and order confirmation. Statutory interest applies to overdue payments.

Warranty and notice of defects

Products carry the manufacturer warranty subject to correct installation and use. Obvious defects must be notified in writing within 8 days of delivery.

Retention of title

Products remain the property of Mekray Mobilya Malzemeleri Ltd. Şti. until paid in full.
