How do I find out the price of a product?
We do not publish prices on the site. Add the product to your quote list with “Request a quote”, enter your quantity and project and send it; our sales team sends you the price and delivery plan.
How do I open an account, and why is approval needed?
Choose an individual or business account in the registration form; business accounts add their company details. Our team reviews and approves the account. Catalogue, data sheet and CAD downloads are open to approved accounts only.
Can I collect my order at the factory?
Yes. State the delivery method in your quote request; we email you when your order is ready.
How many hinges should a door have?
Rule of thumb: 2 hinges up to 900 mm, 3 up to 1600 mm, 4 up to 2000 mm and 5 up to 2400 mm. Heavier or wider doors need more; the hinge calculator in the Technical Assistant gives the exact result.
Why does my soft-close hinge not close the door fully?
Usually the damping force is too high for the door or the depth is misadjusted. On light doors activate the damper on only some of the hinges, then bring the door closer with the depth screw.
